Every coach has a story.

Mine started about 8 years ago. From boutique gyms to bootcamps, to in home training and online.

Every experience, mentor, challenge, and every client has helped shape the coach I am today. Ive taken the best from each chapter, left what didn’t serve me.

Im so grateful that i get to wake up every day to do what I love and help others become stronger, healthier, and more confident.

To everyone who’s been apart of this journey- thank you. Some of you have been through quite the journey with me (I know lol).

I can’t wait for what the next chapter will be like. 💛

Stop overcomplicating your nutrition.

If your goal is to build muscle, lose fat, or perform better in the gym, you don’t need a list of “superfoods” or perfect meal timing, you need the fundamentals.

In this carousel, I cover:
✅ What to eat before your workout for energy
✅ How digestion affects your performance
✅ What to eat after training to maximize recovery

Remember:
🏋️ Carbs fuel your workouts.
💪 Protein supports muscle growth and recovery.
🥑 Fat and fibre are great—but keep them lower before training if you want to feel your best.
📈 Consistency with your daily calories and protein will always beat chasing the “perfect” meal timing.

Master the basics, stay consistent, and let the results follow.

Save this post for your next gym session and send it to someone who’s still overthinking pre- and post-workout nutrition. ❤️🖤

One of my favorite parts of coaching is watching clients go from feeling overwhelmed to walking into the gym with confidence. 💙

Stop chasing fitness trends.

Every year there’s a new workout everyone swears is the answer.

First it was HIIT.
Then bootcamps.
Then CrossFit.
Now it’s Pilates and HYROX.

Here’s the truth:

None of these are magic.

Pilates is fantastic for core strength, stability, and movement quality.
HYROX is incredible for endurance and overall athleticism.

But neither automatically gets you lean, muscular, or “in shape.”

Your results come from the fundamentals:
✔️ Progressive overload
✔️ Consistency
✔️ Nutrition
✔️ Recovery
✔️ Patience

The best program isn’t the one that’s trending—it’s the one that matches your goals and that you’ll stick with long enough to see results.

Stop looking for the perfect workout. Start becoming consistent with a good one.

Not all glute exercises hit the same fibers equally.

This mini glute circuit targets:
✔️ Glute max
✔️ Upper glutes
✔️ Glute medius

If you’re looking to build balanced, round glutes, you need more than just hip thrusts. Exercise selection matters.

Save this for your next lower body day.

Hip Thrust vs Kas Glute Bridge 🍑

These exercises look very similar, but they challenge your glutes differently.

🩵Conventional Hip Thrust
• Larger range of motion
• More stretch at the bottom
• Allows for heavier loading
• Involves the glutes and some hamstring contribution

💜Kas Glute Bridge
• Shorter range of motion
• Keeps the glutes under constant tension
• Focuses on the shortened (contracted) position of the glute max
• Great for maximizing the glute burn 🔥

Neither exercise is better than the other, they simply have different benefits. I regularly program both depending on the client’s goals, training phase, and experience level.

Remember: glute growth comes from consistent training, proper technique, and progressive overload. I like using both depending on the goal, training phase, and the individual.

10 lbs down and feeling stronger than ever 💪✨

This client started with me in person and continued her journey online and the results speak for themselves.

Since having her baby, she’s lost 10 lbs and, more importantly, maintained her muscle mass throughout the process. This means the weight she’s lost has come from body fat, not muscle, a huge reason why she looks leaner, stronger, and more toned.

Postpartum weight loss can be challenging. Between hormonal changes, lack of sleep, busy schedules, and the pressure to “bounce back,” it’s easy to get discouraged when progress feels slow.

That’s why we focused on the basics: strength training, proper nutrition, consistency, and patience.

A lot of women make the mistake of eating too little and doing endless cardio, which can lead to muscle loss. By prioritizing resistance training and adequate protein intake, we were able to preserve her hard-earned muscle while reducing body fat.

The goal was never just to see a lower number on the scale—it was to improve body composition, build strength, and create sustainable habits that fit her lifestyle as a mom.

So proud of her dedication and everything she’s accomplished so far. ❤️👏
