🥍 OFFSEASON BOX LACROSSE TRAINING IS HERE.

The season might be over, but development doesn’t stop.

Caged Athletics is bringing players back into the box this fall for 6 weeks of focused offseason training at the Harewood Covered Box.

The program will be split into:

3 Weeks of Skills
Stick work, shooting, passing, footwork, decision-making and box-specific fundamentals.

3 Weeks of Scrimmages
More touches. More competition. More opportunities to put those skills into game situations.

Caged Athletics is bringing our Lacrosse Summer Series Camps to three Vancouver Island locations this August.

Players will train in both Box Lacrosse and Field Lacrosse, building the skills, speed, confidence, and game IQ needed to take the next step.
