At Duncan Dynamics, we stand in support of First Nations peoples and acknowledge the importance of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. At our gym, we are always committed to creating a space where inclusivity and respect are valued and shared. Tomorrow, we will take the time to reflect on the ongoing impacts of residential schools, honour the survivors, and remember the children who never came home. Tomorrow, and every day, we pledge to listen, understand, and support truth and reconciliation with Indigenous communities. We encourage our members to do the same and we invite you to wear orange to gymnastics this week to show your support.

SUMMER CAMP RECAP🌞👙⛱️

Well, we’re officially in Autumn even though we’re still reminiscing on what a fun summer we had. Check out all the crafts and field trips our camp kids went on! We can’t wait until next summer!

No literally - we had so much fun we actually can’t wait until next summer! So we don’t have to… and neither do you!!!

Instead we’ll be running Pro-D Day camps for every SD79 Pro-D Day for the 2026/2027 school year. Plus, you can lookout for Winter Break Camps and Spring Break Camps on our schedule! And of course, you’re invited to all of them!!

Each camp has a theme that has corresponding games, crafts, and special activities to go along with it. Plus, participants will have plenty of time to learn the basics of gymnastics, and will be granted some free time to explore our gym.

The first Pro-D day camp is coming up on October 23rd and the theme is: Spook-tacular October🎃💀🍭👻🧙‍♀️🕷️🕸️

Time: 9am - 4pm
Cost: $80
Registration: On ddgc.ca - open now!
Register by: October 16th @ 11:59pm (or before spots fill)
Ages: 6-12

Not already insured through a gymnastics club in the province? An up-front $17 casual insurance fee may apply.

Please ensure you register online prior to drop-in start time. Onsite signup through the office is not available for this program! There is no registration cut-off, however we do have a maximum number of participants, so planning ahead helps ensure we’ll have room for you!

We hope your summer vacation was awesome! But now that school is right around the corner, we’re ready to welcome everybody back into our gym for the Fall session.

We’re so excited to meet all the new gymnasts-in-the-making and we can’t wait to see some familiar faces again!

Exciting news! Our new rod floor has arrived!!

A big thank you to all the families who helped fundraise to make this possible, and a special thank you to Danfoss Couriers and Freight who delivered it free of charge!

So many athletes will get to enjoy this great new piece of equipment thanks to the generosity of our community, and we couldn’t be more grateful to all those who came together to make it happen❤️

We are thankful that so many great young gymnasts chose to spend a part of their summer with us, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have spent our summer with all of you!

Although we had a blast this summer, we will be taking the last week off to rest and prepare for the upcoming Fall session🍂

The Summer session will conclude on August 28th. Fall programs will begin on September 8th, in coordination with the school year!

DDGC is fortunate enough to have the space and means to offer all three events in Trampoline Gymnastics:

• Trampoline
• Tumbling
• Double Mini Trampoline

This is an invitation-only program, meaning athletes will need to complete a tryout or submit an inquiry outlining their experience in gymnastics before receiving an invitation to join the team.

Last week, our camp kids went to the water park for our Featured Friday Event💦👙🩳🐳 Every week this summer, our campers will participate in themed daily special activities, and an extra special event on Friday - ranging from bowling to swimming to face painting!

If the water park sounds like your kids’ kind of fun, sign them up for Week 4 (July 20-24), by July 13th, where we’ll take our campers back to the water park for our Featured Friday Event!! ⛱️⛱️⛱️🐳🐳🐳☀️☀️☀️
