Friday was Qualico’s Annual Slo-Pitch Tournament — and what a day it was! Members of the Properties Team faced off against our other business units in a friendly yet competitive battle on the diamond.

The team had an absolute blast, though they were definitely feeling a little sore the next day!

Last week, Andrea and Hannah headed to The Quarry for the Jackie Parker Memorial Golf Classic. While the morning started off with a bit of rain, the skies cleared up and the golfers were treated to a decent afternoon. The Grey Cup made its rounds and stopped by our hole — so of course, we had to snap a picture!

While no hole-in-ones were made, there were plenty of close shots and great energy on the course. We were proud to be a sponsor of this year’s event and loved chatting with the players throughout the day.

Last week, our team hit the links at the 2026 Qualico Golf Tournament at Mickelson National Golf Club in Harmony with a few extra challenges along the way, including a build-your-own snack box and Co****le Chipping contest!

It was also a great opportunity to spend some time in Harmony, Qualico’s lakeside community just west of Calgary. With its growing residential community, lake and recreation amenities, and world-class golf, Harmony is continuing to take shape as a unique destination in the Calgary region.

Looking ahead, Qualico Properties is planning a future commercial development at Harmony Village Centre, with opportunities for retail and services that will complement the community as it continues to grow.

A great day with the Qualico team and an exciting look at what’s ahead for Harmony.

Our Calgary office came alive last Friday with our annual Summer Patio Mixer at Craft Beer Market! Organized by the amazing Debbie and Carmen, the event was an absolute blast — delicious food, refreshing drinks, and great company all under the warm summer sun. It was the perfect excuse to step away from our desks and catch up with the people we work with every day.

Join us in congratulating Mike Saunders and Brodie Davis on completing Ride Through the Rockies this past weekend with Team Qualico! Over three days, the team covered more than 300 km in support of an amazing cause.

Ride Through the Rockies has now raised an incredible $447,892.00 for Habitat for Humanity – with donations still coming in!

It’s inspiring to see what riders, volunteers, sponsors, donors, and supporters can accomplish when they come together to make a difference.
