💪This is a fun, full-body workout for new moms! Re-build strength in your core, glutes and pelvic floor, and ease tension & pain. Feel a difference as you increase strength and mobility over the course of 6 weeks.

💜 It’s also a chance to socialize and meet other new moms in the community. It’s always a great group and fun bonding time with your little one.

☀️Start your day with movement, sunshine, and special bonding time with your baby💕

Join us at Bissell Park in Elora for a feel-good morning with your little one and other moms in the community. Heather from Headwaters Pilates will be leading an energizing outdoor Pilates class designed especially for you! This class will help you strengthen your core and pelvic floor, increase flexibility, improve posture, and tone the muscles you need to care for your little one.

No experience required - come as you are and feel free to take breaks to take care of your baby whenever you need to. Afterward, hang out at the park and chat, and enjoy time in nature with other new moms and babies.

🗓️ When: Thursday, July 30
🕙 Time: 11:00am-12:00pm
📍 Where: Bissell Park, Elora (near KIPP pizza oven)

🧘🏼‍♀️What to bring/wear:
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Plus, whatever you and your baby need to feel comfortable outdoors (toys, towel, sunscreen, etc). Wear comfy/stretchy clothing and dress for the weather.

Please note, we recommend having a doctors’ approval and waiting 6 weeks post labour to join this class. This class is best suited for babies up to 1 year old. Since we will be at the park, it is okay if they are mobile, but it just means you will be chasing after them a bit more.

Note, you can also do this class without weights and add them in over time.
