🥎 **WHAT. A. PLAYOFF NIGHT!** 🥎

The GVSL playoffs did NOT disappoint! 🔥

First up: Small Town Sports vs. FIT Clinic — a battle from start to finish! 💪 FIT Clinic brought the fight, but Small Town Sports came out on top and punched their ticket to the championship game!

Next up: Cannabis Stop vs. Steele Co. — another hard-fought game, but Cannabis Stop pulled ahead and earned their spot in the final! 👏🔥

Then came the CHAMPIONSHIP GAME… and WOW! 😱🥎

Small Town Sports vs. Cannabis Stop went all the way into extra innings! The energy, sportsmanship, excitement and positivity on the field made it a championship game to remember. In the end, Small Town Sports came through with the win and took home the trophy! 🏆🎉

A HUGE congratulations to our Final 4 teams — Small Town Sports, Cannabis Stop, FIT Clinic and Steele Co.! You all gave us an incredible playoff season! 👏👏

And honestly, GVSL has SO much to be proud of. ❤️
We went from 6 teams to 12 teams this year, and watching this league grow has been absolutely incredible. What started as a small-town softball league is becoming something even bigger — and we couldn't do it without every player, captain, sponsor, volunteer, and supporter who makes GVSL what it is! 🥎❤️

🏆 Congratulations to Small Town Sports on winning the GVSL Championship Trophy!

Now let's celebrate! 🎉
We can't wait to see everyone at the GVSL Banquet on October 17th! 🥂🥎

12 teams. One incredible season. One GVSL family. ❤️

What another exciting week of playoff ball—despite the cold and windy weather! If you weren’t there, you missed some incredible catches and more home runs than Vladdy Guerrero Jr. has hit at home all season! 😂

A big shoutout to Ashley Rice Images, Blueline Home Services, Northwood Electric and Manoff Dental for four great games tonight! Although their playoff runs came to an end, congratulations to all four teams on an incredible season. Each team welcomed new players, teammates and friends this season, while showing tremendous sportsmanship.

We’re officially down to our Final Four:

🥎 Cannabis Stop vs. Amy Steele Realtor
🥎 FIT Clinic vs. Small Town Sports

Next week, the semifinals and championship game will take place on the same night! Come out and join us—we’ll fire up the BBQ and let the cheering and heckling begin! 🌭🏆

**** Sponsorship highlight ****

Small Town Sports is proud to sponsor the Grand Valley Softball League. GVSL brings our community together to compete, meet new friends and enjoy a game we all love.

With hockey season around the corner, we’re also here to support your family on the ice with hockey accessories, skate sharpening, and NEW this year — skate profiling.

🏒 What is profiling?
New skate blades come with a standard factory shape. Profiling customizes the shape, balance point, and pitch of your blades to better suit how you skate and can improve speed, agility, stability, and efficiency.

Profiling is different from sharpening:
➡️ Profiling changes how your blade performs and contacts the ice.
➡️ Sharpening determines how much bite your edges have.

Have questions? Reach out anytime — I’m happy to help get you ready for hockey season!

⚾ Proud sponsor of GVSL
🏒 Proud supporter of local hockey

Just 2 more games and then we’re playoff bound!

After the long weekend, the playoffs officially begin. The top 4 teams will receive a first-round bye, but they’ll still hit the field for an exhibition game.

From there, it’s a single-elimination playoff format — win and move on, lose and you’re done.

One important note: our Semi-Finals and Championship Game will all be played on the SAME night, so we’d love to see a big crowd out to cheer and/or heckle.
