Small decisions you don’t go back on do more than changing 10 things at once for a short period. Don’t get overwhelmed. Start simple, commit and don’t look back.

That’s when your pain, weight, relationships will change.

People wanna have their movement assessed get an exercise plan, but there’s so much more to this.

knowing how much you sleep what you eat and how stressed you are can be more important than people think when it comes to the way, they move and the way they feel.

Watching you squad is not enough to tell me what it’s gonna take to get you out of pain that’s just part of the picture. We need all the other puzzle pieces to figure this out.

stress is the overarching factor here, adding more stress to an already stressed, nervous system and body. Just let the body know that it’s in danger and needs to hold onto that weight for emergency purposes

Lower the stress and then you’ll see the results.

We can’t separate the parts from the whole. Yes all these modalities can work.

But when they don’t we need look at the body as a whole.
Its movement, inputs, relationships, psychology and habits.
