We currently offer a wide range of fitness classes including Zumba, Body Blast, Strong Nation, Circuit Training and more. We’re kicking off our first Studio Social on Friday, September 11th with a good old-fashioned POT LUCK!

Because Shake It Off is about more than just workouts—we’re about community, connection, good food, and having a place where everyone feels welcome.

Bring a dish to share, grab a friend, and come hang out with your Shake It Off family! You don’t have to be fancy—we just want YOU there.
