Some people come for the dog and accidentally stay for the workout.
This is Erin, one of our owners, getting some very serious recovery work in with Obi, our official gym dog and unofficial Director of Good Vibes.
At Rebel, we’re not really the “grind harder, no pain no gain, yell-at-you-until-you-hate-life” kind of gym.
We train hard.
We care about strength, progress, and results.
But we also care a lot about making the gym feel like a place you actually want to come back to.
Good coaching.
Good people.
A few laughs between sets.
And occasionally, a 90-pound brindle stress-relief specialist lying in the middle of the turf.
Dogs help improve mood and lower stress.
Obi just calls that customer service.
Come for the strength training.
Stay for the community.
Probably pet the dog.

Big wall signing shoutout to Rebecca, Rachel, Morgan, and Sue!
At Rebel, we celebrate every 100 workouts by having members sign the wall.
Not because the number is the whole point, but because it represents something much bigger: consistency, commitment, and showing up for yourself over and over again.
Yes, getting stronger matters.
Yes, improving your fitness matters.
Yes, looking and feeling better often follows.
But long-term progress is built through the reps no one sees. The days you show up when you’re tired. The workouts you get done when life is busy. The choice to keep coming back, even when it’s hard.
That’s what these women have done.
And what makes it even better is the community behind it. A group of people who celebrate each other, encourage each other, and make showing up feel a little easier.
Because when you’re surrounded by people on the same journey, consistency becomes a lot more fun.

Thanks for the epic Xmas party and for rallying over $500 worth in grocery and non perishables for Hope House this holiday season.
Will be recapping this year 💯 what a year it’s been for Rebel. We are so thankful for all of you.
