Hey GLOW runners, if you're staying until the end, please plan your route home accordingly. The MacDonald Bridge will close at 9:00 pm.

A few more overnight closures are coming up on the Macdonald Bridge this week. 🌉🚨

The bridge will be closed overnight to vehicle traffic from 9PM to 5AM on September 14th, 16th, and 18th.

The sidewalk and cycling lane will remain open during tonight’s closure. 🚲🚶🏽‍♂️

Please plan ahead and use the MacKay Bridge or another alternate route during the overnight closures.

Hey everyone! Just a friendly reminder that registration for the single-race option at GLOW closes tonight at 6:00 p.m. If you’re even a little bit interested, go ahead and sign up! You don't pay the $5 until you pick up your bib at the race. Remember, there’s NO same-day registration, so don’t miss out! 🌟 And don’t forget—only those with race bibs will get a FREE YRS water bottle! See you there!

We're back and we're glowing 🌟 because the Royal LePage Atlantic Glow On The O is happening on Friday, September 18, at the Emera Oval in Halifax! The U6 girls will kick things off at 6:30 p.m., and bib pickup will take place from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. 🌟 Be sure to wear your brightest glow gear and stay until the end for a chance to win prizes! 🌟

Exciting news! In celebration of our 30th anniversary, we're giving away FREE YRS water bottles at Glow On The O to all racers with a bib—don’t miss out while supplies last!

Full-Series registration is closed, but you can still register for a single race through Trackie until September 16 at 6:00 p.m. After you register through Trackie, pay $5 at bib pickup. There is NO same-day registration. 🌟

What can be more difficult than hills? Parking!
Please allow yourself enough time to arrive at the race tomorrow, as there are many events happening in the city. SMU parking in the general lots is free on weekends, but there is also a Pay & Display lot available if the free lots are full. Bib pick up is open from 8:30-10:30, and U6 girls take off at 10:00 am!
