Our Big Lifts Seminar this past weekend was a huge success! 💪🔥

A big thank you to everyone who came out, put in the work, and made it such a great experience!

And a special congratulations to everyone who earned their certification! 🏋️

BarBelles was never just about lifting weights. It was about building strength, confidence, community, and changing lives.

After almost 13 years, I realized I didn’t want to change what we had built. I wanted to take it further.

I wanted to make a bigger impact, reach more people, and create more opportunities for people to discover just how much strength can change their lives, both inside and outside the gym.

And that’s where Strength Club was born.

Same purpose. Bigger vision. Greater impact.

This isn’t the end of BarBelles. It’s the evolution of everything it stood for.

Almost 13 years. Thousands of memories. One incredible community.

BarBelles was never just about lifting weights. It was about the women, the friendships, the confidence, and everything we built together.

To every woman who was ever a Belle — thank you. You helped build something bigger than I ever imagined.

This isn’t the end of what we created. It’s the beginning of what comes next.

One last roll call. 🖤

Were you a Belle? Tell me your favourite BarBelles memory below.

The next era of strength is coming.
