Comment “CALM” if you’ve been eating less, working harder, and still feel like your body isn’t responding. 👇
This client’s transformation didn’t start with cutting calories.
In fact, we didn’t even put her into a fat-loss phase until recently.
Instead, we started with CALM & Prime—the first phase of The Cortisol CALM Method.
Why?
Because after years of stress, raising two kids, and putting everyone else first, her body didn’t need more restriction.
It needed the right foundation.
So we focused on consistency.
Recovery.
Rebuilding her metabolism.
Creating an environment where her body could finally respond.
The result?
She started rebuilding muscle.
Losing inches.
Feeling stronger.
And transforming her body before we ever aggressively reduced calories.
That’s the difference between chasing weight loss…
And building a body that’s ready to lose fat and maintain it.
If you’ve been stuck in the cycle of eating less and doing more, maybe the answer isn’t trying harder.
Maybe it’s starting with the phase your body actually needs.
Comment “CALM,” and let’s chat about whether this approach is right for you.

If you’re ready to stop starting over and finally build results that last, DM me “READY.”
The biggest thing that changed my life wasn’t a workout.
It wasn’t a meal plan.
It was realizing I didn’t have to figure everything out on my own.
Over the years, I’ve invested tens of thousands of dollars into fitness coaches, holistic health practitioners, business mentors, and personal development.
Not because I wasn’t capable.
Because I knew someone who had already achieved what I wanted could help me get there faster.
Every successful person I admire tells me the same thing:
“I invested in people who had already done what I wanted to do.”
Success leaves clues.
Could you figure it out on your own?
Maybe.
But how many years will it cost you?
The right coach doesn’t just give you information.
They give you clarity.
They help you avoid costly mistakes.
They see the blind spots you can’t.
That’s why we’ve never competed on price.
We’ve always competed on results.
We don’t believe in quick fixes.
We believe in helping women rebuild their metabolism, create sustainable habits, and achieve results they can actually maintain.
Looking back, I can’t think of a single investment in myself that I regret.
Every one of them helped shape the woman I am today.
If you’re ready to stop guessing and start following a proven strategy, DM me “READY.”
👇 DM me the word “LEAN” if you’re ready to stop chasing fat loss and start building a body that naturally supports it.
Most women think staying lean means constantly dieting, restricting, and relying on willpower.
For years, I believed that too.
But here’s what I’ve learned…
The goal isn’t to stay in a calorie deficit forever.
The goal is to build a Lean State.
A Lean State is more than a physiological transformation.
Yes, your metabolism needs to be working with you instead of against you.
But it’s also an identity.
It’s the point where your healthy habits become your standards.
Where taking care of yourself isn’t something you’re constantly trying to get back to…
It’s simply how you live.
Because fat loss is a phase.
A Lean State is what allows you to sustain the results.
If you’ve been stuck in the cycle of losing the same 20 pounds over and over again, maybe it’s time to stop chasing another diet and start building a different foundation.
DM me the word “LEAN” and I’ll walk you through exactly how we help women create a Lean State that lasts. 💚

Your GLP-1 didn’t fail you.
The biggest misconception women are being sold is that weight loss automatically equals body transformation.
It doesn’t.
Swipe through and I’ll show you the missing piece almost no one is talking about.
Let me be clear…
I’m not anti or pro-GLP-1.
For the right woman, these medications can be life-changing. They can reduce cravings, help create a calorie deficit, and finally get the scale moving after years of frustration.
That’s a win.
But here’s where I think the conversation stops too soon…
Most women aren’t chasing a smaller number on the scale.
They’re chasing a body that feels lean, strong, defined, healthy, and confident.
And those aren’t the same thing.
A GLP-1 can help you lose weight.
It doesn’t automatically build lean muscle.
It doesn’t automatically improve your metabolic capacity.
It doesn’t improve your body’s energy systems
It doesn’t automatically create the body that’s equipped to maintain those results for years to come.
That’s why inside The Cortisol CALM Method, we don’t just chase a lower number on the scale.
We rebuild the foundation that supports lasting results.
Because my goal has never been to simply help women lose weight.
It’s to help them build a body that works with them instead of against them.
A body that’s stronger.
More resilient.
More metabolically healthy.
A body that’s built to maintain the results they’ve worked so hard for.
I call that creating a Lean State.
If this gave you a different perspective, I’d love to know what resonated most.
And if you’re curious about how The Cortisol CALM Method helps women build a body that’s designed to maintain results long after the weight comes off…

🚨 I’m opening 3 coaching spots for women over 35.
If you’ve been working hard but it’s becoming harder to get lean, comment CALM below or send me a DM.
After coaching hundreds of women, I’ve noticed the same two patterns over and over again…
Some have spent years dieting.
Eating less. Starting over every Monday. Chasing lower calories.
Over time, their metabolism simply doesn’t respond the way it used to.
Others are carrying the weight of demanding careers, raising families, and constant stress.
They’re doing “all the right things,” but their bodies are struggling to recover from the demands of everyday life.
And the truth is… most women are dealing with a combination of both.
That’s exactly why I created The Cortisol CALM Method.
A proven system designed specifically for women over 35 to:
✔️ Restore metabolic health after years of dieting
✔️ Support the body’s response to chronic stress
✔️ Lose stubborn body fat without extreme restriction
✔️ Build results that actually last
The women in these photos didn’t transform because they suddenly became more disciplined.
They transformed because they finally followed a strategy that matched what their bodies actually needed.
If you’re ready to stop guessing and start following a plan built specifically for this stage of life…
Comment “CALM” below or send me a DM. I’d love to see if you’re a good fit for one of the three available coaching spots.
Most women are asking the wrong question.
❌ “How many calories should I eat?”
The better question is…
What are those calories doing to your metabolism?
Because here’s what most people don’t realize…
Calories are only half the equation. Your metabolism determines what happens next.
That’s why two women can eat the exact same number of calories and get completely different results.
Or why two 500-calorie meals can leave you feeling completely different.
One keeps you full, energized, and supports muscle.
The other leaves you hungry an hour later, chasing cravings and wondering why you’re still stuck.
The goal isn’t just to eat fewer calories.
The goal is to create a metabolism that knows how to use those calories efficiently.
That’s exactly what we focus on inside the Cortisol CALM Method.
We teach women how to build meals that support muscle, stabilize blood sugar, increase satiety, and create an internal environment where fat loss becomes easier—not because they’re starving themselves, but because their metabolism is finally working with them instead of against them.
This is just scratching the surface.
If you’d like me to create a whole series breaking down metabolism in simple terms, let me know in the comments. 👇

👇 Comment “AGREE” if you’re done letting age or genetics decide what’s possible for your body.
After coaching 700+ women over 40, I’ve learned this…
Genetics matter.
But they’re rarely the reason you’re stuck.
Yesterday I shared my 5 rules I break to maintain visible abs year-round, and one comment kept coming up…
“It’s just genetics.”
And honestly?
I don’t disagree.
Genetics influence where you store body fat, how your abs are shaped, and how easily they show.
But after working with hundreds of women, I’ve learned something even more important…
The women who build lean, defined physiques aren’t always the ones with the best genetics.
They’re the ones who stop fighting their bodies.
✔️ They build muscle.
✔️ They support their metabolism instead of chronically dieting.
✔️ They manage stress instead of living in survival mode.
✔️ They prioritize recovery.
✔️ They stay consistent long enough to let the process work.
Can everyone have a fitness-competition six-pack?
No.
Can far more women over 40 build visible definition than they’ve been led to believe?
Absolutely.
Don’t let “bad genetics” become the story you tell yourself.
I’d rather find out what’s possible for my body than assume I’ve already reached my limit.
5 “Fitness Rules” I Break to Have Abs 365 Days a Year (at 42)
1️⃣ I eat more than most women trying to lose fat
Your body can’t support metabolic or hormonal health if you’re under-eating. Period. Chronic restriction causes your metabolism to downregulate. I prioritize eating enough—especially protein and carbs—to support my hormones, nervous system, and lean muscle. More food, better results.
2️⃣ I walk less than 7k steps most days and still have visible abs
Some days I don’t get more than 5k steps—and that’s okay. What matters is the big picture. Step obsession is just another form of overtraining when your cortisol is high. I train intentionally, then I rest. Abs are made in the gym and the kitchen—not by chasing step goals.
3️⃣ I don’t do HIIT anymore—and I sleep better, feel better, and look better
It’s too stressful on my nervous system. HIIT made me hungrier and wrecked my sleep. It’s a major cortisol spike most women over 40 can’t recover from. I strength train 3–4x/week with rest between. My body responds better to less intensity, not more.
4️⃣ I eat carbs at night
Especially before a morning workout—my glycogen stores need that. Plus, carbs at night support serotonin and melatonin for better sleep and recovery. The idea that carbs after 6pm make you fat is outdated. I eat my biggest carb meal at dinner and sleep like a baby.
5️⃣ I don’t train abs more than once or twice a week
If you’re lifting properly, your core is already working. Abs are revealed through proper nutrition and low body fat—achieved through metabolic health, not crunches. I train abs 1–2x/week. The rest is handled by lifting and eating smart.
Here’s the truth: This wasn’t always possible for me.
After competing as an IFBB Pro, my metabolism was destroyed. I had to heal my hormones and restore my metabolism first.
Now? I maintain this physique year-round—without the suffering.
This is exactly what we teach inside the C.A.L.M. Method: fix the foundation, then everything else becomes effortless.
Your body isn’t broken. The rules you’ve been following are.
