Spring session: officially in the books! ✅ Summer session: currently loading... ☀️
To prepare for an epic summer, the studio will be closed from June 26th through July 5th. We’re giving our incredible staff some well-deserved time to trade their studio gear and toesox for sunglasses and total relaxation.
Curious what we're up to during the break? Here is a totally accurate sneak peek at our staff's official plans:
Donna: Kayaking, golfing, boating and swimming at the lake.... basically anything outside!
Lorelie: Banff and Jasper here I come!
Brooke: Campfire, a nice drink, some art projects, and more than a few books.
Karen: No plans or schedule, staying home, and some downtime. Hopefully avoiding all notifications as much as possible!
Megan: Me, the kids, and the dinos in Drumheller 😎
Collette: My plan is to have no plan. lol.
We will miss you all, but we can't wait to see you back and completely recharged for the summer session starting July 6th! Have a wonderful break! 👋✨

Wishing a very Happy Birthday to the heart and soul of our studio, Donna Schellenberg!
If you've ever stepped foot in the studio you know Donna's laugh can brighten the entire room. She wears so many hats in the community, in the studio, and at home we want to celebrate how amazing she is today :)
When she isn't juggling a million things in the studio, taking a new course, or volunteering in the community you can usually find her barefoot outside enjoying the garden or on the deck at the lake.
Donna thank you for everything you do for our team, our clients, and our community. We hope your day is filled with as much joy as you give to everyone around you. Help us wish her the happiest of birthdays below!
