Great rounds at the legendary Kronk Gym 🇺🇸🥊
El Toro & Mean Machine made the trip across the border to Detroit & both got some amazing work in. Tough rounds, different styles & plenty of opportunities to adjust, learn & keep building.
There’s something special about getting rounds in a gym with so much history. Huge thank you to the Kronk team for welcoming us in & giving our boys some quality work. We’ll definitely be back!

Landon’s Debut 🥇🥊
What a way to make your debut! Landon stepped into the ring against a more experienced opponent & came out ready to work. He stayed composed, trusted his training, used his power & got the stoppage in the very first round.
All the hard work leading up to this tournament showed when it mattered. So proud of the confidence, determination & heart he brought into that ring. First fight, first tournament & coming home with GOLD. Just the beginning for Landon & I can’t wait to see what’s next!🔥

A special night for the next generation 🥊
A huge thank you to professional boxer Miguel Estrada for taking the time to come in & speak to our young boxers. Having someone who has been in their shoes, started in this sport at a young age & worked his way through the amateurs to becoming a professional is something really special for them to see.
Miguel shared his experiences, lessons he’s learned along the way & some great advice about discipline, hard work, consistency, listening to your coaches & continuing to believe in yourself through the ups & downs of the sport. We really appreciate him taking the time to give back, answer their questions & be someone these young boxers can look up to as they continue their own journeys.
It was also great having Nihal Grewal 🪶Sovereign 🥊 Boxing 🪶 join us for the talk & share this experience with us.
