Stoked to officially have Brooke join The Sport Lab team.
Over the past 2 years, Brooke has trained as an athlete while also mentoring alongside me, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of the coaching process.
From program design and testing workouts, to exercise filming, online program creation, athlete testing, coaching sessions, and program reviews, Brooke has been involved every step of the way.
She’s already made a huge impact on youth athletic development in Nelson, and I’m excited to see where her career and education takes her! 💪
