We have received quite a bit of interest from Members unable to attend the Annual General Meeting, being held at 6:30PM on Wednesday, April 29th, 2026 at the North Bay Public Library (Auditorium), to otherwise vote.

Members who cannot attend the meeting in person have two options for voting. A Member can either appoint a proxy (a person who will vote on your behalf, either with requested instructions for voting, or as they see fit), OR Members can vote directly themselves for board positions in advance using the Absentee Voting Form (for all or some of the positions).

Members who wish to appoint a Proxyholder to vote in their place must submit the attached Proxy Voting Form a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the meeting.

Members who wish instead to submit their vote in absentia will need to fill out the attached Absentee Voting Form, indicating the candidate that they have decided to cast their vote for beside each position, a minimum of 2 hours in advance of the meeting. Members do not need to vote for every position if they choose not to.

Please see the links below for the forms

Thank you

What a great way to wrap up the season.πŸŽ‰πŸŽˆ

Our West Ferris Ringette Year End Banquet was such a fun night filled with so many great moments β€” prizes being won, Greco’s pizza being enjoyed, medals and awards handed out, and plenty of dance moves on display.

Most of all, it was a chance to come together and celebrate another wonderful season as an association. Nights like this are a reminder that West Ferris Ringette is about so much more than just what happens on the ice.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to all of our members, volunteers and parents. Your time, energy, and support are a huge part of what makes this association so special. We truly couldn’t do it without you.

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us. See you on the ice next season πŸ’™

They capped off the weekend by winning the Bronze Medal πŸ₯‰ in a thrilling game that came down to the final seconds.

A huge congratulations to all of the players, coaches, and parents on an awesome weekend and amazing season. You should all be very proud! πŸ’™
