In 12 days I step on stage for Radical Body Transformation, and I can honestly say I gave this journey everything I had for the last 17 months. Sweat, tears and torn muscles 😂

I used to think people were just being deep when they said, “it was never really about the weight loss.” Turns out… they were right.

The real win wasn’t the scale. It was showing up when I didn’t feel like it, staying consistent when motivation left the chat, and becoming someone I don’t want to go backwards from.
