The first three days of the Canadian Track and Field Championships 🇨🇦 have been nothing short of remarkable!

Thursday night saw Maria Linton run to her first National Title🥇. She won the U20 women’s 5000m in a new club record time of 16:33.

Airlie Downey-Back finished 7th breaking the U17 5000m record in the process while also breaking the club record in a time of 17:28.

Olivia Downey ran to a silver medal 🥈in the 3000m steeplechase setting AO provincial records for U17 & U18 age groups!

Nolan Buie finished 5th in his first ever 3000m steeple running the 4th fastest time in club history!

Tomorrow, we see Alex Jackson compete in the U20 Women’s 1500m final and 800m semi final, and LJ Nelson start his Nationals with the 800m semi final! 🔥

MTA Track & Field Championships saw a ton of pbs, podium finishes and smiles in Brampton last weekend! Congratulations to all of our elementary athletes that competed! 🤩🙌 🔥

Nothing like a night at UofT! Last Twilight of the year. The elementary kids have MTA Champs this coming weekend while HS and Uni athletes prep for nationals coming up!

Kicked off U20 AOs with a podium sweep 🧹in the women’s 5000m! 3 huge runs and remarkable splits! 17:13 for Hayley, 17:28 for Kait and 17:40 for Ella. The two fastest U18 times in club history and Ella runs the fastest U17 time in club history.
Way to go ladies, what a great result for your first 5000m 🙌 🔥

What a day for Nolan! He earns ALL-AMERICAN status at New Balance Nationals finishing 6th place!

Earlier today he also found out he’s a recipient of the Brian Maxwell Scholarship which is a $5000 OFSAA scholarship that goes to grade 12 Student-Athletes going to a Canadian University! What a day!! 👏👏👏 🔥

OFSAA Track 2025 is complete! ✅ Without a doubt one of the craziest OFSAA’s we’ve witnessed, the track at York University was blazing fast.

Congratulations to all of our high school athletes throughout the season and the 27 that qualified for OFSAA the past three days! We had countless pbs and Top 10s!

UofT Twilights are SOOO BACK! After no races held at UofT last summer, the first downtown city twilight did not disappoint. 4 girls, 4 pbs!

Maria runs a 6 second pb in her first 1500 of the summer, 4:28.68 to move to second all time in club history.

Sawyer smashes her pb and U15 club record running 4:32.75 which is also an electronic timed U15 Provincial Record. To be ratified.

Mia drops 19 seconds off her PB to break 5 for the first time in 4:52 and is the third fastest U14 in club history.

Avery runs a big pb being the youngest girl in the race and runs 5:02!

LJ and Jack also opened their seasons with times of 4:11 and 4:19! It’s gonna be a fast summer! 🔥

The record breaking indoor season continued this past weekend as Avery Polowyk ran her way to a new U13 1200m record in 3:53.09. She also finished third in the U14 girls 1200m making it a double podium finish with Mia who took gold 🥇🥉 🔥

The high school indoor season is complete!! ✅👏
