Meet Piper Noble 🤍
Mat Instructor & Classical Pilates Apprentice

We’re so happy she’s now part of our teaching team!

A certified mat Pilates instructor with a contemporary background, Piper joins us as a substitute mat teacher while expanding her studies into classical. Through her apprenticeship, she’ll learn the full system across the studio equipment, supported by personal practice, observation and mentorship.

You may find her practising alongside you or welcoming you into class. Say hello and give her a warm welcome, PMR crew!! 🤍

Your Dog Wants You to Walk Further … Start Pilates

07/07/2026

Ask Kelsey what the hardest part of teaching Pilates is, and she won't say the exercises. She'll say it's getting people to slow down enough to actually feel what their body is doing.

Most of us walk into a class expecting a workout. Something to push through. Something to check off. Classical Pilates isn't really that. It's quieter. It asks you to notice the small stuff, the way your ribs move, where your weight lives, what your breath is doing.

Kelsey teaches with a calm, grounded approach that makes room for that noticing. Her classes are thoughtful, accessible, and just the right amount of challenging. She found Pilates through her love of movement, the outdoors, and feeling strong in her body, and she brings all of that into the room with her.

The moment a student stops performing and actually feels it? That's the whole point. And watching it happen is our favourite part of the job.

Come move with Kelsey. We think you'll feel the difference. 🌿

It’s our one-year anniversary of Kelsey being on the teaching team, so naturally… I’m going to talk about her.
Kelsey started Pilates about 12 years ago at my very first studio (there is 100% an old photo somewhere… I will find it 🥹).
Life pulled her in a different direction for a bit…but when I reopened this studio, she came back, this time on the teaching team.
Full circle!!!
Kelsey is outdoorsy at heart.
Give her fresh air, a mountain view, a quiet hike, or a campfire with her favourite humans… she’s in.
Farmer’s markets, fly fishing, long days outside… or a cozy night in with a good show and absolutely no plans.

Some random things I know about Kelsey:
• Butternut squash soup = yes
• Tall double-shot oat milk latte
• Loves stomach massage on the reformer
• Country music girl
• Everything in mason jars or pottery
• Linen sheets always
• Berks in the summer, Blunds in the winter
• Family first...like, elite level sister and daughter
How’d I do, Kels…
