This retreat isn’t just about going inward, it’s also about connecting outside, in nature, with the lake right there.

Taking breathwork + therapeutic art in the open air with a beautiful view is a refreshing experience after being in hibernation mode for months! That feeling of warm sun, grass and your nervous system finally exhaling.

Our movement is led by the talented Brit Kish - gentle, nourishing yoga that meets you exactly where you are. We’re also offering optional Thai massage (book directly with Brit to secure your spot).

Don’t consider yourself artistic? It’s not about creating something beautiful to hang on your wall. It’s the opposite, actually. It’s messy self-expression. It’s letting something move through you. I’ll guide you every step of the way. No experience required.

The lake, the stillness, the women beside you.. that’s the magic! Water is one of the most healing, cleansing forces there is, and there is something special about creating and breathing that energy inward.

This space has come a long way - YES I’ll share the full before-and-after transformation with you. For now, here’s a peek at its current state. 🤍

One of my favorite additions has been my new meditation chair!

As someone who spends long hours creating, coaching, working at my desk, having a chair that not only looks beautiful, but actually adapts to my body has been a game changer. Thank you for creating something that’s both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

I’m also still obsessed with the cutest vases and plants I’m incorporating from as they literally add life and texture into the space.

A special shoutout to my contractor Andrew for installing the shiplap moulding along the lower walls and wood slats to the ceiling, which added so much character and warmth.

And of course, I let my inner child out to play with the layers of creativity that now lives above it. I’m still going to go in and add lilies, butterflies, birds etc. 🦋

I have a wall of other artists work I’m continuing to collect I’ll show you too!

There’s something really rewarding about watching a space evolve layer by layer. This office continues to unfold in ways that feel inspiring, creative, and aligned with the work I get to do here.
