Your nervous system is already overloaded with hormones swings and changes, do you think another class is going to help?

HELL NO!

No more doing more. It’s time to do what will serve your body and give you back your energy.

You don’t have the same capacity and that’s ok! It’s time to dial it back and give your body what it needs👇🏻

😴sleep quality
🍗proper calories
🚶‍♀️ walking for stress management
😥 reducing stress

That’s what your body needs. Not more exercise.

You’re not too young! 35-40 is NOT too young for hormone changes.

I started feeling “off” two years ago and thought I was burnt out, depressed, hated my job, needed a new career, or a big shift but 👇🏻

I’m starting to learn it was part burnout but mostly shifting hormones.

It can start as early as age 35 and it usually shows up like:
✔️fatigue for no reason
✔️low s*x drive
✔️feeling depressed
✔️brain fog
✔️mental exhaustion
✔️poor workout recovery
✔️poor sleep
✔️weight gain

So many more. These were my experience and it SUCKS!

But, I decided to take back my energy and get help with a nurse practitioner and get a health and fitness coach for accountability.

Started small, weights 3x a week, walking, low dose of estrogen and progesterone and baby steps to feeling like myself again.

54 days in and things are looking up! I feel more like me and finally found a good rhythm with my workouts, nutrition and sleep.

Comment “HELP” and I’ll get you my guide to getting started. All the steps I took to feeling more like me during this chaotic time.

Perimenopause means you can’t ignore your body anymore 👇🏻

It’s time to pay attention to the headaches you’re having, the brain fog, the mid afternoon fatigue and start tracking it.

Track your normal and your abnormal to develop a better understanding of your bodies patterns and changes.

It’s the only way to start applying what you see on social media and ACTUALLY getting results from it.
