It’s National Coaches Week!

We would like to say to our amazing staff!

Coaches Jeff, Erika, Jenna, Stella, and Reece: thank you for all of your continuous hard work and dedication that you provide to the team!

We are also super excited to officially welcome our two new coaches, Ella and Brooke! Even though they have been with the club for many years, this is their first official season as a coach!

Lastly, to Coach Angela, thank you for all of your organization and hard work behind-the-scenes; it does not go unnoticed. Happy National Coaches Week to all!

Summer ManSask 2026 will forever be a memorable one! 😊

- Luca Song broke a 45-year-old Provincial Record in the 10&U 100 Br
- Daniel set a new Meet Record in the 13&U 50 Br
- Relay medals for our Mixed 15&O Medley Relay and Boys 13&U Medley Relay
- First ManSask for Justin, Margot, and Jonah
- First individual ManSask medal for Isaac in 400 Fr
- First ManSask A/B finals for many
- Provincial Relay Team for Daniel, Quinn, and Galen (all Breaststroke)
- 30 people attended our fun team dinner
- Witnessed multiple benchmark swims and the ever exciting feeling of breaking 30 seconds in 50 Fr
- Multiple best times
- Some very tight race wins
- Tested out a new meet format
- Saskatchewan Individual 13&U High Point Award for Daniel
- Saskatchewan Individual Para High Point Award as well as Para Female Best Performance Award for Kylie

What a fantastic meet and way to finish the season. We are so proud of everyone, and are continuously amazed at the leadership, support, and friendship that our club brings.

To all of the parents and families, your dedication to your swimmer and the club never goes unnoticed. We hope everyone has a great summer and we can’t wait for what next season brings!

Flatland Swimming’s Performance squad had 5 athletes racing some of Canada’s best, the US Junior Team and several elite US State teams, this weekend, June 4-8, in Vancouver at the Mel Zajac International Swim Meet.

Our three meet rookies (Hazel Clark, Sarah Beare and Cheryle Zhang) all did an amazing job stepping up in prelims and managing their response to a super-charged environment.

Our two meet veterans, Annie Kolman and Galen Zhang, made several finals and swam to multiple personal bests, proving that a little experience goes a long way.

Congratulations, team! We are looking forward to seeing even better performance next year!

Flatland took 15 swimmers out to Calgary to compete at UCSC’s T-Rex Invitational 🦖

Lots of best times, new race strategy development, and laughs were had by swimmers and coaches.

Next up, we make our way to Junior Provincials and then on to ManSask!
