Q: When did you start riding at SPINCO?
A: October 2023!
Q: What made you walk through the doors?
A: I’m the kind of person who needs classes to stay active and motivated. I was working in Montague/Souris at the time and couldn’t make it to classes at other places because of the commute times and juggling my 3 kids’ activities. SPINCO had a 6am weekday class so I thought I’d try it out and I’m still a 6am girl. Never thought it’d be me.
Q: What’s your favourite thing about SPINCO?
A: The music is always so good and I always leave in a better mood than when I walked through the doors! I wouldn’t hate if Sam played Thriller for the whole year :P
Q: Which bike is your favourite?
A: I take off my glasses and can’t see during class so I need something in the front row or a side bike. 5 is my favourite!
Q: What’s your favourite thing to do when you’re not riding?
A: I always have 2-3 books on the go. We need more book-themed rides!
Q: If you’re in a spin class and get the aux cord, what song would you play to hype the room up?
A: Oo I think about this all the time. Right now my top running songs are Time is Running Out by Muse, Bulletproof by La Roux and maggots for brains by Olivia Rodrigo so probably one of those!
