THIS IS GAC.

Every team has a story. Every player has a journey. And behind every game are the coaches, volunteers and families who make it all possible.

We're launching a new series celebrating the people, teams and moments that make Guildford Athletic Club what it is.

The first goals. The friendships. The early mornings. The celebrations. The people who show up, week after week.

These are the stories worth sharing.

Coaches and team managers, we want to see GAC through your eyes. Send us a DM with your team's story and photos. Your team could be featured next.

This is our club. These are our stories.

THIS IS GAC.

Our Kick It Forward Gear Wall is ready!

Have soccer cleats or gear your player has outgrown? Give it another season on the field!

We’re encouraging GAC families to donate clean, gently used soccer cleats, shin guards, and goalie gloves that are in good, usable condition. Please make sure all donated items are free from damage, have plenty of life left, and are ready for another player to use.

Have gear to spare? Drop it off at the Hjorth Park clubhouse and help us keep the Gear Wall stocked for GAC families!

Need gear? Stop by the clubhouse to see what’s available.

Every donation helps make soccer more accessible and strengthens our GAC community.

Growing Players. Building Community. Since 1965.

Happy Thanksgiving from Guildford Athletic Club!

Today, we're thankful for the people who make our club such a special community.

Our volunteer coaches, team managers, referees, parents, and families who give their time, and of course, our players who remind us why we love this game.

It's about more than soccer. It's about friendships, teamwork, and belonging.

Wishing our entire GAC family a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Introducing GAC Kick It Forward

Kids grow fast. Soccer gear? Sometimes it barely gets a season before it doesn’t fit anymore.

GAC Kick It Forward is a new way for GAC families to pass along clean, gently used soccer gear to another player who can put it to good use.

We’re accepting:
• Soccer cleats
• Shin guards
• Goalie gloves

Please make sure donated gear is clean and in good, usable condition. Place it in a clear zip-top bag and label the size, including Youth or Adult where applicable.

Drop donations in the GAC Kick It Forward bin inside the clubhouse.

Looking for gear? Donated equipment is available to registered GAC players at no cost. There’s no application and no requirement to demonstrate financial need. If we have something your player can use, it’s there for you.

And when they outgrow it? Kick it forward again.

Have a look through the closet before your next trip to the clubhouse. Those cleats that don’t fit anymore might be exactly what another GAC player needs.

This is what club looks like.

After wrapping up their own game Saturday, some of our U11 Div 1 Rangers stuck around to cheer on our U11 Div 2 team.

Different teams. Same club. Supporting each other from the sidelines.

Love seeing moments like this at GAC.

Today we pause to reflect.

September 30 is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day. As a club, we honour residential school survivors, the children who never came home, and their families and communities.

We encourage our players, coaches and families to wear orange to training today, and to take some time to listen to Indigenous voices, learn, and talk with your kids about why reconciliation matters, on and off the field.

Guildford Athletic Club respectfully acknowledges that we play and gather on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territories of the Semiahmoo, Katzie, Kwikwetlem, Kwantlen, Qayqayt and Tsawwassen First Nations.
