Like everything in windsurfing, you will always go where you look. The head makes shoulder rotate, the hips rotate, the board rotate. Doesn’t matter if a gybe, tack or loop. With a back loop you either speed up, or slow down the rotation by looking to wheee you want to go, and by spotting your landing. The timing of this depends on the size of wave, your speed, how powered up you are, and more. I’ll do a break down post of my top tips soon.
