There are some clients you coach, and then there are some women who leave a permanent mark on your heart.

Sharon is one of those women❤️.

From the moment I met her in March, I could tell she was capable, intelligent and disciplined. But over these past 4 months, I have come to admire her on an entirely different level.

Sharon is the type of woman who, when given a job, gets it done. No excuses. No shortcuts. No matter how busy life becomes.

She is a working mother of three, yet she showed up from day one with 110% effort. Every workout. Every check-in. Every adjustment. Every lesson. She didn’t just listen, she applied.

And because of that, her transformation went far beyond the appearance of her stomach.

She rebuilt her core strength and learned how to manage pressure through movements she once avoided. She returned to running after years of feeling apprehensive because of her core and prolapse. She became stronger, fitter and more confident in what her body could safely handle.

During our last coaching conversation, Sharon told me this program had been “life-changing, health-altering and pivotal.”

🌟But Sharon, you were the one who made it life-changing.

I may have given you the plan, but you brought the discipline, the character and the willingness to put everything you had into it.

Watching the recording from our first call in March and comparing it to our final call feels emotional. In the first conversation, you were looking for a clear path.

In the final one, you were already describing the strong, healthy life you had built, and planning how you would continue it independently.

I absolutely adore this woman.

Sharon, thank you for trusting me with your body, your story and this chapter of your life. Coaching you has been an honour.

This may be the end of our program together, but it is only the beginning of everything you are now capable of. 💜

1. Rib Flare

Everyone talks about rib flare but do you actually have it? And even if you do, is it causing your belly to stick out?

2. Vacuum Exercises

Some moms swear by stomach vacuums. Others say never do them. The truth? It depends on your breathing strategy, pressure control, and goals.

3. Anterior Pelvic Tilt

You might have been told your posture is causing your mom pooch. But not every postpartum belly is caused by anterior pelvic tilt.

Pelvic Floor Exercises

Not every mom needs more Kegels. Some pelvic floors are weak. Some are tight. The solution isn't always squeezing harder.

5. Red Light Therapy

Can red light help loose skin and healing? Maybe. But if your core muscles aren't functioning properly, a red light wrap won't fix that.

This is why generic advice can be so confusing. The best exercise, posture correction, or recovery tool depends on YOUR body, not a random Instagram post.
