Congratulations to Higashi Sensei on receiving his 8th Dan certificate in Ryukyu Kobujutsu from the organization of Inoue Kisho Sensei, the Ryukyu Kobujutsu Hozon Shinkokai.

Higashi Sensei is a great master of Chito-Ryu Karate-do and Ryukyu Kobujutsu.

Who passed his grading? This guy!
Congrats to Cody (a ni-dan in the Tsuroka stream of Chito Ryu,) who graded for shodan in the Canadian/ (Higashi) Association last.week. supported by Shihan Debbie Emmott Brooks and Peter Melanson Cody performed predictably well.
Burlington Chito Ryu is very proud of him.

The results were announced during today's Yudansha Clinic, recognizing the hard work, dedication, and perseverance shown by each candidate. We are proud of your achievement and look forward to seeing your continued growth on the martial arts journey.

The official presentation of belts and certificates will be held at next month's Yudansha event, but today we'd like to celebrate and congratulate these members on their successful grading. Your dedication and effort have paid off - well done!

Bogu Cup Dates have been set for July 30 - August 1, 2027!!

This event will take place at Edmonton Sports Centre in Edmonton, Alberta!!
