Theft Awareness π
We are aware of the recent increase in package theft incidents within the community and understand the concerns this may cause for residents.
To help address this issue, we have enhanced security internally and externally throughout the property, including the installation of additional cameras at building entrances and key access points.
We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and are exploring further measures to help deter theft, improve security to further resolve this issue.

As a friendly reminder, storing and charging e-scooters inside apartment units may pose a fire safety risk due to the lithium-ion batteries they contain.
The City of Toronto has responded to several fires related to battery-powered mobility devices, highlighting the importance of proper storage and charging practices.
Where possible, residents are encouraged to store e-scooters in the parking garage and to always follow the manufacturer's charging guidelines.
