These two are such an important part of our little community. Whether it’s a daytime, evening, or weekend class, you’ll always find them showing up with smiles, encouragement, and kind words for everyone around them.
They both lead busy lives in their own ways, yet they continue to make time for themselves and their Pilates practice—a reminder of how important it is to prioritize your health and well-being.
