A pretty special delivery at the shop recently.

Earlier this year, we were proud to help support the Polar Bike Project, an initiative bringing bikes to youth in northern communities across Canada.

This year, the project made its way to Paulatuk, NWT — a fly-in community where getting bikes and equipment in is no small task. With support from the Canadian Coast Guard, Cycling NWT, bike shops, volunteers and organizations across the country, bikes were collected, inspected, repaired and transported north for local youth to ride and enjoy.

The team was kind enough to send us a book and plaque from the project as a thank-you, and we’re very happy to have played a small part in getting more kids on bikes.

At its core, the project is about more than bikes — it’s about giving kids the freedom to explore, spend time outside, build confidence and, hopefully, discover a lifelong love of riding.

Another Wild LT just rolled through the doors. 👀

This time it’s the Orbea Wild LT H10 in Racing Green – White Cream, and we don’t expect this one to hang around for long.

Big travel, serious descending capability and the Avinox drive system make the Wild LT a pretty exciting option for the steep, technical riding we have here on the Island.

And this colourway? Even better in person.

This one might need a little explaining. 👀

The Salsa Fargo 32 Steel Frameset has arrived! A seriously unique platform designed around massive 32-inch wheels.

Yep, 32”. More rollover, more momentum and more traction, paired with a steel frame built for the kind of big, adventurous rides the Fargo has always been known for.

Right now, it’s just a frameset. But we’re already pretty curious to see what this thing looks like built up. Come check it out in the shop.
