We bring FUNdamental skills to the tatami mats. Learning technical skills while we have fun.
We are a JudoBC certified judo club, where our objective is to introduce judo to as many children as possible. Starting in September 2013, we will be running judo programs at the Gordon Head Rec center designed for kids.
*Lil Ninja Tots, 4-7 years old, Mondays 3:30-4pm
*Junior A, 7-10 years old, Monday and Wednesdsy 4:14-5:15pm
*Junior B, 11-15 years old, Monday and Wednesdsy 5:30-

Grading at Kokushikai is done again for another season. Another year of hard work and another belt upgrade. Well done everyone!

This works for Judo as well. The Judo is the training that makes you stronger!
Best age to start in my opinion is four. Second best time, now.
