She is ✨Wellness✨

1 year ago Diane and I started on our natty Wellness building journey 🦵🍑 When she first reached out to me, she really admired the female bodybuilder physique and just wanted to build some muscle & trim fat!

It didn’t take me long for her to clue in she was something special. She was packing on density like crazy and shaping up right before my eyes! I brought up the idea of competing and we went for it!

We initially landed on bikini until Diane went to a live competition and fell in love with the Wellness physique. I told her we would make it happen, and here we are 1 year later 🎉

We’re currently in a cutting phase so I can really get a sense of any areas that need to be brought up before her first show! As of right now, her first comp might be closer than we think 👀

Luisa was tired of feeling ‘soft’ and ready to see some real definition. So instead of cutting her calories down, we entered a body recomposition phase 😎 the art of building muscle and losing fat at the same time!

By focusing on high quality training sessions with a balanced nutrition plan, her glutes have BLOWN UP, and her waist is tighter! ⌛️

I don’t just send a plan and check in once a week. I’m right there in the trenches with my girls making sure they’re sending me training videos, applying my feedback, and making every rep count! 💪

Your glutes aren’t growing… and it’s probably not what you think 👀

I see this all the time. You’re eating your protein, sleeping well, you show up, your workouts look “good” on paper… but your sets are ending WAY too early

There’s a difference between a set that burns a bit
and a set that actually challenges you

If you finish and know you had more in you, that set didn’t do much

Next time you feel like you’re done
pause, reset, and go for one more rep

That rep matters more than the first 10 👏

11 pounds down in just 2 months! 💪

Being a busy mom is a full time job in itself, but Kait is proof that you don’t need a 2 hour gym session to make a change ⏰

I created a workout plan around her schedule and the equipment she already had at home, with a flexible nutrition plan full of foods the whole family can enjoy. Watching her show up for herself in the middle of such a busy life has been so amazing to watch. She is THE definition of no excuses!! I’m so proud of you Kait! ❤️✨
