Let’s get one thing straight tho bestie balance is nottt about being “perfect” all weekend long. It really is, is being able to move your body, take care of yourself, go out, rest, enjoy your life & still feel like YOU at the end of it. Weekends are meant for you to live a lil! You can prioritize your goals & have fun Fri-Sun!

& let’s just sayyyy… we have something coming soon for the girls wanting a little extra accountability, routine & fun this summer 👀🤍

& if it feels easy, you probably aren’t doing it right

SORRY BESTIE, but change happens when you’re uncomfortable & pushing through places you’ve never been before!!!

& I mean if you wanna workout because it makes you feel good & that’s all that matters to you, that is OK!

But for this post, I’m talking to the girlies who want physical growth & to see a difference in their muscles

& yup in order to do that you gotta be INTENTIONAL about your training aka slowing down your reps, don’t just be going through the motions now!

You gotta EAT! You cannot grow if you are not fuelling your body, make sure you’re getting adequate protein, enough fiber & keeping note of your micros too!!

& although Pilates is having its moment rn (that’s ok we love all sorts of movement) but she is not your girl if you want signifiant glute growth, we need HEAVY weights & progressive overload!!! That’s how you’ll grow efficiently!!!

Pair this with 1:1 coaching & that’s your perfect recipe for big juicy glutes 👀
