As the Director of Evolution PLAY and a certified Hockey Canada Skills Coach, Jake is passionate about creating and leading a fun, positive environment where athletes can develop a love for the game while building upon their hockey skills. A keen eye for the game, Jake focuses on teaching key tactics that helps all athletes gain confidence, improve their abilities, and continue progressing both on and off the ice.
With a patient coaching style and a passion for player development, to complement his hockey skill and IQ, Jake understands that athletes learn best when they are engaged, challenged, and having fun.
This summer Jake will be coaching the on-ice development sessions for numerous groups including; High Performance, WHL, WHL Prep, U22 Female, U18 AAA, U16 Female, and U15 AAA.

At Evolution, everything is done with a purpose.

Dedicated to making the athlete an overall better player, Brett spends countless hours reviewing game film, analyzing player tendencies, and developing training plans tailored to help each athlete grow in a purposeful way. His passion for player development and attention to detail has helped athletes improve their hockey IQ, build confidence, and maximize their potential both on and off the ice.
