To the CrossFit community for all of your support, to friends and family and clients and strangers who all bought shirts and sponsored me throughout this past season. I truly appreciate it.

I love seeing the shirts around the gym. It makes me feel supported and loved 🥰

Huge shoutout to the Undefeated Health & Performance community for helping promote the shirts and everyone who bought one. You all helped to make this girl’s dream possible.

When I first started CrossFit I never could have dreamed of getting to where I am now, but honestly the people I’ve met along the way mean even more to me than that. They pushed me to keep going and helped me to not give up on myself. And I will appreciate that forever.

Thank you so much to Strength Culture Design for helping with the shirt design and Proper Designworks for all of the work they put in on short notice to help me make and sell these shirts on their website. Any shirt printing jobs you need and he is truly your guy.

I will be here, forever grateful for all these people.

It is CRAZY the difference the daily Matt Phili | Mobility For Barbell Lovers Wod makes. Like the amount of better that I FEEL is practically indescribable. I feel more ROM but also more stability. Great for right before training but sometimes I’ll do it after too, and even on rest days it keeps my body from stiffening up!

If you haven’t checked them out yet I highly suggest you do. I have never been this consistent with a mobility program, but I’ve also learned so much about strength and stability that I’ve been able to apply to my clients as well.

Weeks 4-7 done and dusted!

3 more days till my first triathlon 😊 I feel prepared and excited !

It’s been a blast being outside as much as possible this summer. Some days were harder than others but overall I’m super grateful to be here doing things I love on this planet.

I feel a lot more brave than I felt 3 months ago. Doing scary things has that effect !

I’d like to personally thank Pascal Breton from Lindenwoods Chiropractic for his support throughout this past season. I started working with him in 2022 due to a shoulder injury that I had struggled with for while. Within a few months I started noticing improvements, and since then he has helped me navigate all the other issues I have had from bicep/tricep tendonitis to knee issues to back issues, and everything in between. He seeks to truly help people feel better and I trust him with my health and longevity. I have referred quite a few of my clients and friends his way as well and if that doesn’t speak trust, I don’t know what does.

Pascal is extremely intelligent when it comes to injuries, physical limitations, and health, but he also lives the life. He pursues physical activity himself and understands the relationship and the importance of physical activity and long term health, and promotes movement as both a preventative and treatment method to help people - which I love love love.

Besides all that, my favourite thing about Pascal is that he truly cares about the individual as a person and seeks to not only help them but also get to know them. The things that I have told this man while on his table haha… He knows everything. He’s an active listener and follows up on previous conversations which is crazy because I know just how busy he is as a practitioner. But it does not go unnoticed.

Thank you for keeping me healthy this past season, you deserve all the recognition. 💜💜💜
