A special sponsor shoutout to the best supplement company in Manitoba,

I met Jessica when she opened her first location up on Regent, and I’m so glad that I did! Little did I know we would eventually train out of the same gym and would start collaborating together. And now she collaborates with the entire Undefeated community! Talk about supporting local!

I love everything Herc’s stands for. Their staff are super friendly and have loads of knowledge, they have great products, and Jessica works her butt off managing 2 locations, all while raising a whole family.

A big fave of mine are their Herc’s shakes, something you cannot get anywhere else ! If you haven’t tried them you gotta. At the St vital location you can even make one with coffee !

I also love experimenting with different products to make some amazing ninja Creami recipes. And just stocking up or stopping by to say hi and have a chat.

Thank you so much for your support over the years but especially during this season. 🇨🇦 ♥️

Day One was too much fun!

Trying to just take it all in. So much work to get here, a lot of years and a lot of tears and a whole lot of fears.

But we made it. And we’re not done yet.

5 more events to go ❤️‍🔥

Not everything is strict meals and training, balance matters too!

A special thank you to for sponsoring me this season. I have definitely been enjoying this spot recently!

I have known and trained Rick’s daughters for 5 years now, and Rick himself for 2. That whole family works hard and shows up!

I’ve been to Wayback for a few date nights with Kurtis and we have a positive experience every time. I don’t eat out often but balance is important and Wayback Burgers always slap. Plus their tater tots and milkshakes make it feel oh so worth it. The vibes are retro and the staff are pleasant and it’s very affordable.

If you haven’t checked them out yet I’d strongly recommend it 😁

I wanted to give a huge thank you to Cassidy Ramsay for supporting me this season. He works in family law and has helped us with Vincent’s case. Thanks to him, Kurtis and I get to have a relationship with Vincent, and I will be forever grateful for that.

I have known John Ramsay for 6 years now. And if there’s one thing I am sure about, it is that one of the only things that keeps him going is his work. To the point where one of the main reasons why he trains is so he can keep going to work for longer.

John Ramsay has helped us and many that I know in so many ways. If he has helped you, you know exactly how considerate and kind he is. This is someone who I genuinely trust to help people through important and tough situations.

Thank you for your support !

Shoutout to a bunch of athletes of mine who competed two weekends ago at The Comp and Provincials for Powerlifting

You all put your best foot forward and had great attitudes the entire time. Lots of fitness, wins, PR’s, fun, learning, and growing happened.

hit a Squat PR after a little plateau and a bit of a back tweak leading up to this meet which was great because we weren’t sure what to expect !

added 22.5kg / 49.6lbs to his total and qualified for both Regionals AND nationals on his second meet ever.

added 20lbs to her squat and 5lbs to her deadlift , increasing her overall total - and also experienced her first water cut!

proved that he still has a massive grind capacity on his bench - hitting 209 on his second AND 3rd. Stan also had a bit of a back tweak a few weeks ago that messed with his block a little but it was good to hit some heavier weights again on the platform. Excited to see what the next block will bring !

after over a whole year and 45+lbs of weight loss, dropped an additional 17lbs in a water cut to compete in the lower weight class , 84kg. Even though that is a HIGH amount to lose, she bounced back very quickly and hit some great weight for her new weight class! New weight, new PR’s ! Now that we have a baseline, it’s time to get back to work!

dedominicis won 1st place in Novice at The Comp, with her partner . This time last year she did her first competition (with her dad). 1 year later and she’s moving up to intermediate ! Excited to keep watching you grow and improve ! Keep it up!

Find the thing you love doing and enjoy pursuing, and do it. It’s okay if it’s not perfect. It’s okay if it gets a little ugly. Get active. Get started. Do the thing. You won’t regret it.

Still living on the high that was this comp.

Battle in the Barracks - Year 1 - 2025.
📍 Calgary, Alberta
🥈 Secured 2nd

Thank you so much for putting on such an amazing event. Thank you to the volunteers for being so positive and encouraging and helpful. Thank you to everyone competing for making me feel welcome and also pushing me to be better. Everyone was so fit and strong here !!

I’ve been working really hard on my weaknesses and trying to build things up. And last weekend it felt like it all got pieced together. 5/6 of the events had gymnastics, there was no long 20minute event(which is my jammm), but a lot of move fast and stay (mostly) unbroken happened - which isn’t something I’m known for . I accepted the challenge (with a lot of nerves lol) and pushed myself to do my absolute best.

In my heart I got 1st place. I even told the girl at the airport on my way home that I won a comp (by accident lol) - because THAT’S how proud I was of myself. I kid you not, I was so proud of my own performance that I truly felt like I had won. I could have gotten last and I still would have been so happy with the things that I accomplished this weekend (probably not AS happy - but still happy lol). I gave it my all, and genuinely loved the environment the entire time (except for right before the first event when I was truly questioning if I still enjoyed competing like I thought I did lol - that passed though).

Thanks to my coach for coming all the way out to Calgary to coach myself and 2 of his other brute athletes ! It was super cool to get another in person experience with him.

99.9% chance I’ll be back next year for round 2 💜 And maybe I’ll be able to bring some of my Manitoba friends this time…

BIGGEST QUALIFIER SEASON YET !

October was the craziest month. I’ve never done multiple qualifiers at once. Why now?

I like to do hard things. I like a challenge. But it was more than that. I’ve even pushing myself for years in training, & I’m not gonna lie this year I’ve been feeling this little itch to give up. Like I’m never going to make it so why. But every time I did some sort of qualifier I would feel closer. I could TELL I was improving but still felt SO far away.

I’m not one to give up when I have a goal. I want to prove that when you have a goal & keep working towards it, eventually you’ll reach it. If I gave up, then I wouldn’t get there, but if I kept trying I had a chance.

If no part of me wanted to keep trying, I would stop. I had to dig deep & ask myself multiple times if this was actually something I wanted to do & the answer was always yes, but the hesitancy was more on “but I don’t know for how much longer”. So I listened to that & ran with it. Taking it one year, one month, one week at a time. I told myself “the qualifier I don’t do is the one I could have made it to. Don’t say no to opportunities.” I needed to do more than I did before.

So, I registered for Wodapalooza & Fittest of the Coast, hoping I would qualify for at least one of them. It was hard, & the first week of Wodapalooza discouraged me but I turned it around & used it as fuel to set myself up to redo every single workout & give myself the best shot I could. I pushed myself & took risks & learned & hurt.

And guys. We made it to both!

I’m not gonna lie I truly never thought I would be where I am in terms of my ability in CrossFit. But now I’m so hungry to do & be better.

Thanks to all my friends who helped me out at the gym last month - you know who you are ❤️

Shoutout to for helping me with all the supplements I need from carb powders & creatine, to protein & Herc’s shakes. Literally love them!

BigThanks to my coach for helping me through a LOT this year. For pushing me, helping me rehab injuries, fixing imbalances & technique things, & talking me off some ledges when I felt like I was struggling.

Let’s get training 💪🏻
