Hockey Manitoba

June is National Indigenous History Month, and provides a chance to explore the distinct cultures, traditions, and experiences of Indigenous Peoples.

It is also a time for reflection, and to acknowledge the lasting effects of colonization, while considering how we can all contribute to reconciliation.

This month, we honour the history, resilience, and rich cultures of Indigenous Peoples 🧡

Participant registration is now open for NHL/NHLPA First Shift programs in Manitoba.
Program communities include:

• Brandon
• Neepawa

The NHL/NHLPA First Shift is offering all-girls programs in Winnipeg for the 2026-27 season.
This is a welcoming introduction to hockey for children ages 6-10, with six on-ice sessions and full Bauer equipment included.
