FREE TRY IT CLASSES in Arborg!
Sept 30 and Oct 1 I will be teaching Pilates, Yoga and Chair Yoga for FREE so everyone can try it before they register. This is a great opportunity to see if you would like the class before committing to 10-weeks. In a time when things are more expensive it is great that is keeping fitness affordable and community-driven.

I am very excited to be back teaching at Gimli Park Pavilion 10-weeks of Flow Yoga, Chair Yoga and Mom & Baby Yogalates. All classes are open to all levels. Registration is through Gimli Rec online. Community exercise improves health by adding social support, stronger motivation, and shared accountability that make fitness easier to maintain. Come meet new people and feel better this fall.

A race I will not forget….

✅10 km run with a killer quad burning gravel downhill (ran twice)
✅ 150km bike broken into 3 loops where each loop I climbed & descended 1.7 km (5700 feet) of elevation. Long climbs, crazy fast descents & two near crashes all left me rattled.
✅ 30km run return to repeat 4 more loops of the run course now in reverse so I must ascend the gravel mountain!
✅ Crossed the finish line with all the supporters from Team Zimbabwe chanting my name
✅ Was one of only three Canadians & the only female
✅ Placed 5th in my age group & 22 overall female category
✅ Meet amazing people & coaches from Team GB & Team South Africa
✅ Big thank you to Nirvana sorting all logistics as I travelled on my own & lost my luggage, bike and was rerouted trying to get here
✅ Very proud to compete here with Triathlon Canada & looking forward to the next race!
