STAMBHA LIFE ACADEMY is an integrated academy of holistic disciplines from various aspects of life. We aim to inspire you, empower you, guide you to continuously seek, find, and live your true authentic self in life. We are here to serve you for your personal growth journey and spiritual discovery through all of our schools and the subject areas we offer. Our work integrates the physical wellbeing, emotional wellbeing, mental wellbeing, and spiritual wellbeing. We welcome you as you are and honor your unique needs at a given moment in your life for self growth. We hold space to create a supportive community/circle in everything that we offer. We have our Headquarter Temple in Zurich Switzerland, and we are currently forming various Satellite Temples nationally and internationally. Almost all of our offerings are also provided online.

Last Thursday was a true homecoming! ✨🪷

Coming together for the first time at our new Zurich City Home for our Evening Gathering filled the room with pure magic. 🥰✨
Singing mantras together, feeling the acoustic guitar resonate with the steady beat of the drum, created a deep, joyful vibration.🎶

Every voice blended into one collective pulse of presence and heartful connection, both in person and across the screen.

We are so grateful to everyone who joined us from near and far to fill the space with sacred sound.

💙 Our hearts are full, and we cannot wait to gather again.
