Responsibilities:
-Managing eTailers and marketplaces such as Jumia, Noon, Amazon, etc.
-Negotiating & managing price alignments throughout the e-markets
-Channel Marketing: defining and executing a yearly marketing plan for online sales
-Marketing analytics: tracking performance; measuring and reporting ROI
-Sales forecasting, monitoring sales results and reporting
-Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, logistics and finance teams
-Coordinating and executing new eTailers and marketplaces launches
-Setting up KPIs, driving analysis of eTailers’ performances
-Content management: analyzing eTailers websites and creating recommendations plans for improvement and ex*****on

Requirements:
-Proficiency in E-Commerce, merchandising and marketplace management
-Strong financial and analytical skills
-Excellent presentation and communications skills, both written and verbal
-Experience in Key Account management, sales, and marketing

* Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
* Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
* Determine key supply chain KPIs
* Suggest solutions for process improvements
* Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
* Train and evaluate others
* Provide constructive feedback
* Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors
* Build and maintain good relationships with vendors
* Inventory Management

* Create and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts by compiling electronic data and required documentation
* Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports
* Comply with all federal, state, and local protocols including legal requirements, and interpret new and existing legislation
* Create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual for accounting policy and regulations, and roll out reconciliation procedures
* Monitor and maintain a new audit system by implementing new policies and procedures in the finance department
* Guide junior accountants and other staff by answering questions and coordinating informational classes
* Focus on tax compliance, state business registration, contract review, and non-profit tax filing
* Play a vital part in the company's financial management which includes all account reconciliations and reporting to necessary parties

* Sorting and sending mail
* Writing memoranda, reports, letters, and other items
* Maintaining files and dealing with other administrative support tasks
* Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new ones as necessitated
* Answering phone calls and taking messages
* Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
* Resolving office-related issues

Qualification and Requirements
* 3 years of relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative position
* Flexibility and the capacity to prioritize new tasks
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent writing skills – strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent time management skills
* Self-organization
* Customer service
* Paying attention to detail
* Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc.)

* Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
* Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
* Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
* Develop content ideasa nd write and curate content
* Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
* Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
* Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
* Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels

* Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
* Manage the strategy
* Manage and train the rest of the team
* Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
* Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
* Measure ROI and KPIs
* Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
* Oversee all the company's social media accounts

* Organize and lead digital marketing team
* Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement

-Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.

-Make cold calls for new business leads.
-Support in writing new business proposals.
-Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
-Arrange meetings with prospective clients.
-Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM) of prospective client information
-Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
