As the season begins, I don’t just hope you play well I hope every sacrifice, every difficult session and every moment of doubt is rewarded.

The best conversations never happen during the session.

The hour on the pitch is only part of it.

The real value is passing on experiences you can’t learn from a drill. The lessons from dressing rooms, setbacks, promotions, injuries, pressure and over 600 games in the professional game.

That’s what I enjoy most now.

Helping players see the game differently, sharing what I’ve learnt and building relationships that last far beyond one session.

Because development isn’t just about becoming a better footballer.

It’s about becoming someone who’s ready when their opportunity comes. ⚽📈
