Feeling bloated? Here’s what actually helps:
𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗜𝗧 𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦
→ Not enough water (dehydration = bloating)
→ Too much salt (retains water)
→ Sitting all day (no movement = digestion slows)
→ Stress (tight stomach muscles)
→ Not enough sleep (metabolism slows)

1. Drink more water
Start your day with 500ml before coffee. Keep a bottle with you.
2. Move your body
A 10-minute walk after meals helps digestion immediately.
Stretching your hip flexors + lower belly helps too.
3. Reduce salt
Check what you’re eating. Pasta sauce, bread, processed foods are the culprits.
4. Manage stress

✅ Strengthen glutes and hip abductors (clamshells, single-leg bridges, side leg raises)
