🎒 Material Obligatorio Sierra Blanca Rangers 🏃‍♂️💨

¡Prepara tu equipación! Esto es lo que no puede faltar en la línea de salida:

👟 Zapatillas de Trail: Agarre imprescindible para correr seguros entre tierra y piedras.

🥤 Vaso Plegable: ¡Sin plásticos de un solo uso en avituallamientos! Lleva tu propio vaso para beber.

💧 Solo Cadetes (14–16 años): Obligatorio mínimo 0.5 L de agua (bidón, soft flask o mochila).

💡 Consejo Ranger: ¡Prepara la mochila la noche antes y disfruta sin prisas el día de la carrera! 🏅🌿

Gear up for race day! Here’s what every mini ranger needs at the start line:

👟 Trail Running Shoes: Essential grip to handle dirt, rocks, and slippery paths safely.

🥤 Collapsible Cup: No single-use plastic cups at aid stations! Bring your own reusable cup to hydrate.

💧 Cadets Only (14–16 yrs): Minimum 0.5L water capacity required (soft flask, bottle, or hydration vest).

💡 Ranger Tip: Pack everything the night before and enjoy a stress-free race day! 🏅🌿

Pues venimos a desmontarte esa idea… 😏

El trail también son risas, sudor, piedras en las zapatillas, momentos de sufrimiento y, por supuesto ¡Fotos increíbles! 📸😂

Y ahora, que levante la mano quien ha hecho amigos haciendo deporte. 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

Porque correr por la montaña no solo va de superar kilómetros y desnivel. Va de compartir, de conocer gente, de echar unas risas y de crear recuerdos que se quedan mucho después de cruzar la meta.
