Inventory System: we have a new system now for ULIP Equipment for societies. So when a society has equipment it will be kept in the SU office with a sign out sheet. An SU member needs to sign out the equipment with you.
The example above is for the climbing mats with climbing soc.
This is all to ensure the equipment stays safe and is available for all ULIP Students.

We need a logo to represent the SU which can then be used for merch we are going to produce for the end of this year (we cant use the ULIP one 💔). The deadline is the 4th March, get creative and send your submissions to the SU president ([email protected]). Can't wait to see what you all create 🎨
