British Roundnet

Itinéraire Site Web

Official page for Roundnet in Britain! Imagine a 360° fusion between volleyball and foursquare… then imagine having ten times as much fun playing it.

We are British ROUNDNET, the organisation bringing roundnet to Britain at schools, universities and at official competitive tournaments. Welcome to roundnet...

Roundnet is a two versus two game. It starts with a serve onto the net to the opposing team, who then have up to three touches of the ball to get it back onto the net, much like beach volleyball, but with no lines or boundaries. Once they have hit/smashed/drop-shotted the ball back onto the net, the possession switches to the opposing team, who now have up to three touches to get it back onto the net! The rally continues until the ball hits the floor, or a fault occurs. Check out this vid for more action: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FOr6UKM4UV8

This is your sign to sponsor !

Last week, we had the pleasure of attending Taranis’ away day and teaching over 40 people the sport of Roundnet.

Taranis is a Gold Sponsor of Team GB, and you can see their name on the back of our 2026 Worlds Team GB jerseys– as expertly modelled by all the attendees!

A team of volunteers arrived in the morning armed with multiple sets. We taught everyone the rules of the game, got them playing, and then kicked off some competitive matches later in the day!

It was an absolute blast, and we’re proud to say there were some definite naturals in the mix 👀

A massive thank you to Taranis, you guys are great!
