First things first — apologies for the late posts this week, folks! 🙈 Turns out the admin team needed a wee bit longer than expected to recover from Scotland's brilliant World Cup 2026 win on Sunday 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🍻 What a result, what a night, and what a hangover! But the kettle's on, the painkillers are popped, and we're FINALLY ready to wrap up another absolute belter of a week at Fat Fives Football. 🎉

Week 5 in the books and what a week it was! Goals flying in everywhere, statement performances on the pitch, and another massive round of weight losses on the scales. Jordan takes this week's captain's armband off the back of a brilliant 7.9kg comeback weigh-in. With everyone level on points, the order is decided on percentage of weight lost, and after another huge week it's Greg A who STILL holds top spot thanks to the biggest % drop. Five weeks at the top — what an incredible run of consistency from the leader!

Flaberdeen continue to lead the team weight loss table on 75 points — but only just! Rapid Viennetta are breathing right down their necks on 73, with Scrandinavia 3rd on 51, Fatburn Rovers on 45, Parmesan Belgrade on 40, OB City on 38, Ivory Toast on 36, and Bayern Bru on 31. Every point counts and the title race in this league is going right to the wire — keep pushing together!

Chris M (Scrandinavia) is right behind on 19, with Connor M (Bayern Bru) on 18, Paddy (Rapid Viennetta) on 16, Ross H (Scrandinavia) on 15, Ryan Mc (Scrandinavia) on 14, and Gogs, Lewis Fer and Adam B all on 11. The champions widened the gap at the top with another sensational week, including a 5-0 hammering of title rivals Rapid Viennetta! Scrandinavia now sit on 39 points, with Fatburn Rovers up to 2nd on 36 after their record-shattering 12-1 win over O.B City. Rapid Viennetta slip to 3rd on 31, with Bayern Bru continuing their quiet climb up to a solid 4th. The title race is shaping up nicely as we head into the back half of Season 11!

WHAT a week of football! The headline result has to be Fatburn Rovers' incredible 12-1 win over O.B City — possibly the result of the season so far! Scrandinavia put 5 past Rapid Viennetta with no reply, 5 more past Flaberdeen, and edged Bayern Bru 3-2 for a perfect 9 points. Rapid Viennetta bounced back with a 6-2 win over Bayern Bru and a 3-3 draw with Parmesan Belgrade. Flaberdeen bagged a 5-1 win over O.B City. Fatburn Rovers added a 7-3 over Ivory Toast and 7-2 over Parmesan Belgrade. And the moment of the week? A massive shout-out to Ivory Toast for their FIRST WIN of Season 11 — a brilliant 3-1 over O.B City! Keep going lads! 💪

The champions delivered the perfect response with a sensational 3-from-3 in Week 4 to open up a brilliant 3-point lead at the top! Scrandinavia bagged 21 goals across the night including a stunning 9-2 demolition of Parmesan Belgrade. They're now on 30 points, with Rapid Viennetta and Fatburn Rovers level on 27 apiece (separated only by goal difference). Bayern Bru's strong week has pushed them up to a solid 4th. A statement week from the leaders, but the chasing pack are still right there in the title race.

What a week of football! The headline result has to be Scrandinavia 9-2 Parmesan Belgrade — but Rapid Viennetta produced their own masterclass with a stunning 8-0 demolition of O.B City. The night opened with a 3-3 thriller between Fatburn Rovers and Rapid Viennetta, with Fatburn then picking up wins of 4-1 over Flaberdeen and 4-1 against Bayern Bru. Bayern Bru themselves had a brilliant 4-0 win over Parmesan Belgrade and edged past O.B City 2-1. Big result for Flaberdeen with a 3-2 win over Ivory Toast, and Parmesan Belgrade got their week back on track with a 6-3 win over Ivory Toast. Heads up Ivory Toast and OB City — plenty of season left, keep going!
