Anyone over the age of 8 (accompanied by an adult if they are under 12) can take part in our 250 metre swim and anyone over 12 can participate in our 750 metre swim.

Go Swim in Zoggs this summer!
Zoggs is looking for THREE swimmers from each Go Swim location (Loch Tay, Loch Lomond and Loch Morlich) to swim their race in a Zoggs thermal Open Water Swimsuit. Just one condition, you need to have entered one of our events!
Selected swimmers will receive a Zoggs Open Water Swimsuit featuring their innovative silver lining technology AND a Zoggs Predator Goggle to wear at their Go Swim event. They have a total of 9 swimsuits and goggles to give away.

Big Bobble Hats make their return to Go Swim in 2026.
They will only be at Loch Lomond this year so if you fancy a hat, make sure you say hello!
