"Hello Laura, Happy new year to you and all your family. Thank you very much for another excellent year of Pilates classes. I sometimes find them hard but I can certainly feel the benefit. So, that's the studio all locked up for the festive season 🎅🎄🤶.

We reopen Monday 5th January.

Thank you all so much for your support, laughter, and the hugs over the last 12 months. I say it every year, but I truly have the most amazing clients, no matter if you've been with me for 22 years or 6 weeks, you all make the studio a wonderful place to be.

Eat, drink, and be merry 🥂!!
