So, that's the studio all locked up for the festive season 🎅🎄🤶.

We reopen Monday 5th January.

Thank you all so much for your support, laughter, and the hugs over the last 12 months. I say it every year, but I truly have the most amazing clients, no matter if you've been with me for 22 years or 6 weeks, you all make the studio a wonderful place to be.

This month I celebrate 22 years of teaching mat Pilates, 6 years since the studio opened, and 5 years teaching Reformer 😲.

I've been teaching that long, I'm now classed as 'old-school.' 🤣

Clients have come and gone.......and come back again 😁.

16 of you have been with me since day one. Many more of you have been with me for over 10 years. This makes me extremely proud ☺️.

Together, I think we've built a really lovely community and I'm forever grateful to each and every one of you 😚.
