It’s Game On this summer!

Loch Lomond Rugby Club is delighted to be part of the 2026 Summer of Sport, supported by Scottish Government investment and secured in partnership with West Dunbartonshire Council

We’re offering FREE rugby camp spaces for primary school aged children across West Dunbartonshire who would love to give rugby a try, no experience needed, just bring energy, enthusiasm and a smile!

Whether your child already loves rugby or has never picked up a ball before, our camps are all about:

💪 Building confidence
🎯 Learning new skills
😄 Having loads of fun in a safe, welcoming environment

Our sessions will be delivered by experienced rugby coaches and are open to children aged 5–12 / primary school age.

⏰ Time: 10.00am – 2.00pm each day

👧🧒 Who can attend: Primary school aged children, ages 5–12

📌 Spaces are limited and will be allocated as fairly as possible

What a day!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to support our Fundraising Car Wash today, and an equally massive thank you to all of the players, coaches, parents, volunteers and supporters who gave up their time to help make it such a success.

The response from the local community was incredible, with a constant stream of cars arriving throughout the day and lots of positive feedback from those who attended.

❤️💛 We genuinely couldn’t do it without you. ❤️💛

The good news is that, due to the success of today’s event and the number of people already asking when the next one will be, we’re planning to do it all again next month!

Today marks an exciting milestone as Loch Lomond Rugby Club visits Gartocharn Nursery for the first session of our new Pre-School Rugby Programme.

Proudly sponsored by Duncryne Equestrian, the programme is designed to introduce children to fun physical activity, teamwork, confidence building and fundamental movement skills before they begin primary school.

We’re passionate about creating opportunities for young people in our community and helping them discover a love of being active from an early age.
