TT 2026 over n out ✌🏼

In February at the start of the year, I got a phone call from Stephen at saying multiple sponsors have pulled out this year and I don’t know if we’re going to be able to do it. It’s safe to say panic set in and we sat and crunched some numbers and made a plan.

Now in June, we’re sat here with a top 10 at the Northwest 200, a P16 in a 6 lap Superbike race and a P14 in the Senior TT against the best in the world. The team is small and the budget is small but the heart and drive is huge. Just goes to show all you need is a spot by the BMX track in the bottom of the paddock, some great people, belief and hunger and you can achieve some amazing things.

I’ve said it before and I want to say it again. Thank you to Stephen and Jake for taking a chance on me last year.
Thank you to , , Gromett and Malcolm for prepping the bike before, during and after racing. The Honda has been faultless all fortnight.

Now on to my own D&D Buckley Racing Triumph. got stuck in and has spent many hours turning a write off into a beautifully prepared machine. I’m gutted i couldn’t turn out some better results on that bike for the work he put in but we have achieved a PB. We’ve been through it this fortnight with the Triumph but I can’t thank Dan enough for sticking by me despite some tough personal life things going on.

P25 in the first Supersport race yesterday. A little bit disappointed with that result and to not progress on the lap times.

Maybe it’s me but I don’t feel it is. The bike will not pull top gear and is down on power through the speed trap at 162mph. It puts out the right figures on the dyno but once I get on the bike, I just don’t feel like we’re punching through the air.

For context, I did 120.8mph lap as a newcomer to the Manx Grand Prix 3 years ago. I’ve progressed my lap times on the big bike and would just like to see that same progression on the ssp bike.

Frustrating as we’ve put a lot of time, effort and money into this bike and I just feel personally for not a lot of reward. A huge thanks to and D&D Buckley Racing for all the support with the Triumph. She’s back and now finished a race again at the TT so let’s find the positive in that and make it better for the next one ✌🏼

🚨 SUPERBIKE SUNDAY 🚨

Setting off 21st today for 6 laps of the Mountain Course. Fun fact; this will be my second 6 lap TT race and the last one was the Superbike TT in 2024.
