We have an incredible opportunity this summer that I am really excited to share with you.
In partnership with Nocturne, we are introducing a brand-new Limitless Team Relay within the iconic Nocturne race series - bringing disability and para-cycling to the heart of a major city-centre cycling event. The event is taking place on 13th June - in central London.
This is an amazing chance to showcase Limitless, disability inclusion, and para-cycling on a national stage, and for disabled riders to be part of a unique, high-profile cycling event. Riders will have the exclusive experience of cycling on a closed-road circuit through the streets of our capital city!
The Limitless Team Relay
This is a brand-new race format for Limitless, designed to celebrate inclusive cycling in all its forms.
Each team will include a total of 5 riders:
1 rider on a solo bike
1 rider on a handcycle
1 rider on a trike (recumbent or upright)
1 tandem team (1 x pilot + 1 x stoker)
That’s 5 riders across 4 different types of cycles, working together in a team relay format.
We envisage clubs entering one (or more!) teams or potentially combining to create a team - but entries are also open to individuals, and we’ll support riders to form teams where needed.
Limitless @ Nocturne - More Than Just a Race
The event will also include:
A post-race celebration and Limitless showcase - for riders, families, and friends
Time to socialise and celebrate together
The chance to stay and enjoy the wider Nocturne racing programme into the evening, soaking up the atmosphere
It’s a fantastic opportunity to bring riders together, celebrate achievements, and be part of something bigger.
Whilst we do appreciate London may be out of your way, this does promise to be a really exciting event, and we wanted to ensure all our Limitless Clubs have the opportunity to take part.
